I typically use USPS Priority to send out packages. It usually arrives in 2-3 days. Depending on location, I may also choose to use UPS.
RETURN POLICY
As each order is uniquely tailored and custom-crafted, they are not suitable for resale. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns. > However, we stand behind the longevity of our craftsmanship. Our products feature a Modular Design, meaning all key components (such as LED strips and circuit board) are designed to be easily replaceable. This ensures your custom piece can be maintained or refreshed for years to come without needing a full replacement.
To ensure you are 100% satisfied with the result, we send a design preview via email for your approval before the crafting begins. Your understanding and collaboration in this creative process are greatly appreciated!
